Creating A Spiritual Leadership Movement
Blessed to Be Broken is a whole-person spiritual leadership movement that turns life’s fractures into formation : guiding people to lead with awareness, integrity, empathy, courage, and community so their inner healing becomes outward service in the Human Era.
When attitude turns to gratitude, purpose returns. As in Kintsugi, God’s love becomes the gold that heals what was broken and makes it whole again.

Meet Andrea Claudette Clark, Our Founder
Andrea Clark, a Detroit-area native and longtime communications leader, has spent three decades helping organizations, including General Motors, find the right words, the right strategy, and the right heart. After personal loss, including the death of her husband, she chose to live forward: building a life rooted in resilience, clarity, and a quiet, durable joy.
Blessed To Be Broken was founded as her gift, and ours, a Jesuit-shaped invitation to discern wisely, serve boldly, and lead with confident love.
